1. Who we are
Career Code Club ("Career Code Club", "we", "us", "our") is an online coding and AI learning platform. In Malaysia and Indonesia, the platform and the membership sold through technicity.my are operated by Technicity Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia (SSM Registration No. 202301006728 / 1500649-A), with its registered office at Level 13, Boutique Office 3, BO3-D-13, Menara 3A (Pillar 7), KL Eco City, No. 3 Jalan Bangsar, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at ccc@technicity.my if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Membership & access
A Lifetime Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the courses, live classes, learning materials, and member resources made available on the platform, for as long as the platform operates. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Career Code Club service and does not create any perpetual obligation beyond the continued operation of the platform.
Your membership is for your individual use only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account or the content to any third party.
4. Pricing & payment
The Lifetime Membership is offered at a limited-time price of RM 281 (standard price RM 401), payable as a one-time charge in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) — for example, via DuitNow QR or card. This is approximately USD 70. For customers in Indonesia, the equivalent local amount is charged through supported payment methods. The exact amount is shown at checkout and may vary with prevailing exchange rates.
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge for the amount displayed at checkout.
5. Refunds
Memberships are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility, conditions, and the request process are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, record, redistribute, or publicly share course content without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the "Career Code Club" name and mark — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your membership does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimers
The service and its educational content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any particular employment, income, or career outcome from using the platform. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including for sharing or reselling access. Where we terminate for a breach that is not your fault, or discontinue the service entirely, we will act reasonably and in accordance with the Refund Policy where applicable.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
