1. Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund of the membership price if all of the following apply:
- your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date;
- you have not substantially consumed the course content (as a guide, completed less than around 20% of the available material); and
- the purchase was made directly through technicity.my.
2. How to request a refund
Email ccc@technicity.my from the address used at purchase, with the subject line "Refund request", and include:
- your full name;
- the email address on your account;
- your order/receipt reference or the approximate date of purchase.
We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
3. How refunds are processed
| Refund method | Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the same card or DuitNow QR / e-wallet account used at checkout). |

| Currency | Refunds are made in the currency you were charged (e.g. RM for DuitNow QR in Malaysia, or the local amount charged in Indonesia). We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences between the charge and the refund. |
| Processing time | Approved refunds are submitted to our payment gateway within 5 business days. Your bank or e-wallet provider may take additional time to post the funds. |
| Fees | We refund the full amount you paid. We do not deduct administrative fees. |
4. After a refund
Once a refund is approved, your access to the membership and its content will end. You may purchase again at any time at the then-current price.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles), sharing or redistribution of content, or breach of our Terms of Service. This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
